Daybreaker Recon Reference: 703.20.12 Just as with the FORTIS 703.20.11 Daybreaker Stealth, the darker brother of the FORTIS, 703.20.12 Daybreaker Recon contains many complications within the 43mm stainless steel housing. As well as the classic chronometry function, UTC/GMT and AM/PM displays were also integrated, as was the tacheometry. Your main attention, however, will surely be on the mechanical alarm which is the first and only of its type in the world. Price: R283'415

This is only possible thanks to the F-2012 calibre, modified by FORTIS, which FORTIS also had patented. Two power reserve displays – one for the movement and one for the mechanical alarm – allow the wearer to always know the current status. The blued, raised numerals and indices on the light-coloured face ensure perfect readability – even in the dark thanks to the Super-Luminova coating. In order to further optimise readability, FORTIS has of course used sapphire glass with anti-reflective coating on both sides. FORTIS offers this masterpiece in timepiece art in various wristband options to suit the 5 bar water-resistant stainless steel case with glass back. It is particularly beautiful here that these all suit the shape of the body and therefore achieve the perfect transition from watch to wrist. Due to its complexity, the 703.20.12 Daybreaker Recon is limited to 100 pieces.
